An apartment complex got in touch with us and requested a non-slip coating but that it also needed to be tinted to a chocolate brown to refurbish a stairwell in their building.
This was no hassle as you can see from the photos below of the before and after effects of applying the incredible sealant.

It has become quite well known that there are only two ways to attend to an asbestos roof, but thanks to the excellent products available today you can see from the pictures below that we were able to apply an asbestos encapsulating product that will both protect the asbestos from degrading any further as well as protect the inhabitants of the building.
A home owner was looking to renovate their pool and pool area and got in touch with us in order to rejuvenate and bring new life to the pebble coping around their pool.
As you can see the old pebbles had to be removed before cleaning and then applying the new layer of pebble paving.
As you can see in the images below we were able to lay a layer of pebbles that includes a binder that is UV Stable, Eco-friendly and should be not just pretty to look at but allow for a non-slip feature when climbing in and out of the pool.
Up in Phezulu Estate located in Durban we were tasked with sealing a balcony on one of the gorgeous homes in the estate.
First of course we cleaned the surface to ensure there was no contaminant that would interfere with the protective coating we applied to the tiles. Next, we waited for the surface to be 100% dry before applying three coats of the amazing sealer in order to protect the home from further leaks during the rainy season.
Another job we conducted at Phezulu Estate located in Durban was this front entrance. It was terribly damaged from years of wear and tear. However with our revitalising products we were able to repair and re-coat the surface to bring it back to life.
Just look how stunning the refurbished pool looks!
On the left you can see how badly it needed a new coat of pool paint, on the right you can see how beautiful the colour came out with the proper pool protective coating we painted onto the surface after a thorough cleaning.
One of our customers contacted us in reference to a damaged floor of one of their ablution units for their modular offices and as you can see the damage is quite extensive... but not something we can't handle as you will see...
As you can see from the pictures below we successfully cleaned, fixed and covered the area with the specialised products we swear by.
We covered the floor in a rubberised coating that will sustain any foot traffic you throw at it.
*The coating in the photos below is not fully dry or cured yet.
Another fantastic opportunity for us to lay some gorgeous pebbles around a pool. But the customer didn't just want the pebbling around the edges, they also requested we make stepping stones to fit between their false grass turf AND to lay a thick layer of pebbling in the outdoor patio area.
The results are simply stunning as you can see below.
On a recent waterproofing job we were asked to apply a light grey shade of protective coating to the roof in order to not only protect it but to also give it a clean look.
The results are outstanding and what makes this job so satisfying is seeing how beautifully the end result looks and seeing how happy it makes our client.
As shown above and below, we stripped away all the old waterproofing, and starting from fresh we cleaned it, replaced the tiles with new ones, made sure that everything was laid down correctly before applying the waterproofing coating, WaterKote.
Here you can see the before shots (Left) of a skylight on the roof of a westville complex. It was badly damaged and needed to be waterproofed.
We took it a step further and not only waterproofed the roof, sealing it from the rain but we also used a brown tinted waterproofing coating to hide the area around the window frame, allowing it to blend with the roof tiles and to appear aesthetically pleasing to any of the neighbours who could see the roof from their homes.
As you can see, the paint is peeling off this old cupboard... but with a little sanding and cleaning it can be made brand new with three coats of WiteKote.
Here is a personal project that we took on. There was a beat-up old cupboard that was left to age and we decided to bring it back to life with our specialized white paint.
As you can see from the photos on the left, the cupboard was chipping away and bubbling in places. But once we washed it with our cleaning liquid and sanded it down we were able to put a nice clean coat of our special white coating over the wood. You can see how beautiful it has come out in the photos to the right and below.
As always we cleaned the surface with our cleaning product before we applied our filler paste to the broken grouting areas as you can see in the left and right photos.
Once it was filled and dried we applied a waterproof coating to waterproof the shower.
The most important part about waterproofing a shower is the grouting. If you can properly seal that off then there is no need to lift and relay tiles.
A special white non-slip edging was added tot he rim of the pool before the pebbles were laid down upon the old but thoroughly cleaned concrete tiles.
As you can see we have had great success with applying our pebble paving down around a pool area. It really changes the look of the poolside.
The difference in the look of the pool once the pebbles were in place was like night and day. Now this family can enjoy some sunny days around their poolside.
When you are expecting a child you want to give them the best that life can offer, you will do anything for them... and in this case a concerned mother wanted to make sure that her baby's nursery room would be free of any toxic substances which included the paint on the walls.
Here we have applied a beautiful powder blue and the best part is that the mother reported that there was hardly any smell. It is safe to say she is one very happy customer.
During a waterproofing job we suggested that we apply a tinted protective coating to the roof to give it another extra layer of protection as well as tart it up with a single colour to make it appear brand new rather than patchy like most waterproofing done by other contractors. This made the roof a more aesthetically pleasing area to anyone who might gaze down upon it.

Our customer was incredibly happy with the finished result as did many of their guests who happened to visit the location.
As you can see above, the old tiled garage is in need of repair. The floor has seen better days and was in dire need of sprucing up.
Below you can see the after effect of laying down a specialised product that is non slip and the colour will never fade, eco-friendly and easy to maintain as the years go by and the area is used regularly by multiple vehicles.

One of our customers requested that their pool area be coated with an eco friendly, UV stable coating to help protect the stone tiles from further bleaching and damage due to the elements. In response we tinted one of our special coatings in order to bring back to life the gorgeous terracotta colour of the tiles and make the area look brand new.
As you can see from the pictures below the first row is of the yard area of one of our clients BEFORE it was revamped to now have the pebble paving on their stairs, braai area and along the outdoor pathway that runs alongside their home.
This place will be perfect for those weekend braai's with the family and friends, or simply just with your significant other as you share a sun downer beside the fire and relax together.
